1. Use of Service

SendLetterToInmate.com is a private service that prints and mails letters to correctional facilities on your behalf. We are not affiliated with any jail, prison, or government agency.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including inmate name, ID number, and facility address.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not submit any content that is illegal, threatening, violent, obscene, sexually explicit, harassing, or in violation of correctional facility mail policies. This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Contraband references
  • Escape plans
  • Threats or coded messages
  • Gang-related content
  • Nudity or sexually suggestive images

We reserve the right to reject or refuse to send any submission we believe may violate these rules.

3. No Guarantee of Delivery

All correctional facilities have their own rules regarding incoming mail. We cannot guarantee that a letter or photo will be accepted or delivered to the inmate. Refunds will not be issued for mail that is rejected or returned by the facility.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final once a letter is submitted. Because this service involves printing and mailing custom documents, we do not offer refunds after an order has been processed. If you believe your order was sent in error, please contact us.

5. Limitation of Liability

SendLetterToInmate.com is not liable for delays, misdeliveries, or rejections caused by third-party mail carriers or correctional facility policies. You agree to use this service at your own risk.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SendLetterToInmate.com and its operators from any claims or liability resulting from your use of this service or the content you submit.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted to this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted indicates your acceptance.
